The Iondent-product range includes dental care stations, sterile stations and office furniture for dental care rooms and dental clinics. Flap doors or roller shutter doors in care stations prevent ingress of splashing water on the instruments and equipment during the work. The length of the pull of the worktop can be adjusted. The suction set can be placed into the dental care module behind the patient chair. Worktops and drawers are moving back into the care station automatically and quietly using self-returning technique.
The design of the dental care station requires that the dentist and the assistant have their own worktops. The dental trays, one on top of another, work fluently on three levels during care work. Iondent-dental care stations can be adapted to work standing up, for example, when taking of an impression of the teeth or a tooth extraction. A cabinet with a mirror can be placed in the optimum position, regardless of the location of the window, using a hygiene cabinet adapter. The waste gathered during the working day can be sorted into two baskets through the two holes on the worktop of the sink cabinet.
Dental care stations and sterile stations are designed according to the
size of trays. Clean and sterile dental trays and instruments are stored
in wall cabinets. Holders for the trays have a form that prevents them
from leaving traces on the walls of cabinets. It allows the dentist and
the assistant to change their seats during the work. For storage of
plaster models there is a separate special cabinet. Patient cards and
x-ray pictures are stored nearby in an archival cabinet. A
self-supporting aluminium frame is equipped with height-adjustable legs,
which speeds up the installation of furniture, as well as makes it
easier to clean the floor.
Sterile stations
The design of sterile stations takes into account the sequence of
instrument processing. The disinfector can be set at desired height.
The ultrasound washing machine is placed near the sink on a
pull-out equipment platform.
A place for an autoclave is located on the side of the sterile
station for clean instruments. The dental instruments are packed in
sterile packages on the sterile station side. Packaged but not yet
sterilized objects can be stored in the upper cabinets. Thus their
storage does not take place on worktop. Hot seam rolls are conveniently
located in the upper cabinets and the sealing machine is ready to be
used on the lower worktop. There is space in the bottom drawers for the
tools for cleaning and disinfectants. The pull-out worktops provide
extra space.
High quality materials and durable hardware and accessories intended for
professional use are used in the manufacture of dental furniture.
Iondent-dental furniture is made from laminate- and melamine plates
resistant to moisture, shock and disinfectant, and covered with
ABS-border band resistant to shock and which is environmentally safe.
Worktops, doors and drawers are made from post-forming laminate.
The standard colors of furniture are white, gray and dark blue. If the
standard colors are not suitably, you can pick another color to your
liking while ordering furniture.
Rebound
technique
According to customer’s wishes rebound technique can be used on doors
and drawers. At the time of patient’s reception
the doors of wall cabinets will be opened and closed hygienically by
pushing on them lightly, and drawers and doors of bottom cabinets - by
an easy kick. In this case, when treating a patient the doors and
cabinets can be opened, handles on doors and drawers are not necessary.
Drawers
Additional space in the drawers is achieved by placing internal drawers
in them. These move back into the dental care station automatically and
without a sound. The bottom drawers can be equipped with profile
dividers, which are handy space dividers for materials, instruments and
equipment. Machine wash
resistant steel containers of various sizes are ideal for storing small
separate objects. Dividers and containers make it easier to find things
and keep them on their own places. They also help keeping the drawers in
order.
